People Co. is founded with the purpose of generating an integration of services that make human talent feel valued in companies. Seeking the individuality of each member and generating an engagement with our clients through an exclusive service, being a boutique firm in HR solutions.
2020
COVID – 19 changed our lives and we faced the need to adapt to a new reality. It is in this year, that People Co. decided more than ever to support the new ways our clientes are working. We help them desing different requirements, from financial strategies to wellness benefits such as motivation, meditation, fitness and health programs, for the members of the work teams.
2021
Embracing change and transforming ourselves, People Co. continues to pursue timely Talent Management strategies by being part of our clients’ Stakeholders; HR requires being in sync with the marketing vision, strategies, and agenda through:
– Innovation Partnerships.
– Technology Partnerships.
– Local Community Partnerships.

Since we started our journey, we’ve helped 1,000 HR teams across Mexico focus less on admin and more on people. Let us help you do the same.
